*** and his crew came and did 40% of the fence, on 8/14/19 he asked for $1,400 in check # 2436 and $1,000 dollars, in cash, to purchase the remaining materials, due to construction in my property *** was supposed to way for 2 months on 10/17/19 his crew installed remaining fence posts, and I haven see *** he avoid all my calls I have to call him with a different phone, he answer and said I'll be there in a few days, I have been playing phone tag with him since January I really need help I don't know what to do, my mistake was to gave him the money, I believed he was a honorable men but he is taking advantage of older people I hope he comes and finish my fence, Sincerely ***.
