In the process of buying a home in Goodyear, Az - we called Homewerx Inc and talked with [redacted] who helped arrange our inspection. [redacted] the inspector was very pleasnat to work with. Seems well informed and did a very thorough inspection. It tool about two hours. When done he revviewed everything with us and gave us good advice. We were very pleased. The seller had turned off the gas, so [redacted] has to make a second visit that we have to pay for. Not a problem we will have seller reimburse since they had assured us all utilities wwere on and they were not. Their error - their expense. Would redommend (and he actually went up on the roof - many inspectors only take pictures from the ground) Thank you [redacted] & [redacted]
