I went to a new nail salon because my nail lady went home for the day, so I tried top nails. It was right by my nail shop, a man named tony did my nails. He did a regular nail set, same color, no design, no extra shape. The nail job should not have been more than 30 dollars, he charged me 55 dollars. The very next day all my nails popped off, there is no way your nails should be able to come off the next day. I called tony, he accused me of lying, so I went into the shop. He starts yelling at me, cussing me out saying I took the nails off on purpose to get my money back. He yelled racist thing to me and kicked me out the shop, didnt offer to redo my nails or give me my money back.
The customer came in to get their nails done on February 18, 2020. Before doing their nails, they showed the manicurist what design was wanted and was informed that the price was $55 prior to doing the customer's nails. The customer was OK with the price and got their nails done, then left the same day with no complaints about the pricing or design. The customer claims that their nails fell off within one day, but returned two days later on February 20, 2020 to demand their money back. The manicurist has never had any customers complain about all nails falling off within one day, so he wasn't able to give the customer a refund. If the customer were to ask the manicurist to redo their nails the first day that they allegedly fell off, he would have re-done them, but the customer only came in to demand their money back two days later. The customer also falsely accuses the manicurist of yelling, cussing, and kicking them out of the shop. There are actually witnesses and camera footage of the customer exiting the nail salon at their own will and throwing the salon's business sign to the side of the sidewalk (which almost hit a bystander that was walking by).
