To whom it may concern! My name is [redacted] ***, I'm the owner of Top Nails Incand work there for over years, we try our best to satisfy the customers but our policy is no guaranteeThe customers come to get their lashes done we try the best to put them on and to let they look they ok and satisfy before they leave our shop and the last long is depend on a person, and if the customers come back with a crack or couple missing we will fix but if they come back with no lashes on one eye or both we have to get pay to redo.For this complaint case, She came back with no lashes at all and complain on me, I try to explain everything to her but she still wanted to redo free At that time she was sitting at my work station and I asked her if she want me to redo her lashes she had to pay if not I need my table so I can help other customers but she didn't move or leave so I had to call the police but she left before the police came.That was all for this complaint so please let me know if I did anything wrong.Thank you very much for your help [redacted] ***
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI would like to begin by saying all which that business owner said is a lie And my attachments have dates on them and the lashes actually fell apart days priorShe never offered to fix them which is in fact the only reason I calledWhen I called like I stated before she was making up excuses instead of hearing her customers complaintShe hung up on me which encouraged me to than drive to the salonAnd I did not walk in there acting like a crazy lady, there was mins between her hanging up on me and me arriving at the salonWhen I got there I asked for her and everyone was acting confused and no I did not walk to where was only permitted to employees I went directly to the eye lash station where she did my lashes to see if she was there when I see she wasn't I came back to the frontShe made me wait mins for her to come out and instead of taking me to the side or better yet saying let's step outside to hear my concerns she sat in her seat a took the next customer very rudely not responding to what my concerns wereThe only words she said to me was that she can't fix them and that it's been a week when in fact it still wasn't a week and did explain to her that I came in right when I got back from vacation which was only a couple of days! This salon owner has just fabricated the whole scenario! Good Luck being in the customer service business and you don't know how to handle customersWhy would I ignore you saying you can fix them if I drove there in hopes of you fixing them or taking them off? Hi my name is [redacted] the owner of Top Nails. First, let me explain how my business operates. We are open seven days a week from 10am to 8pm. When customers come in they have to sign their name then wait their turn. We do not do appointments, only walk ins. When it’s the customers turn we do our...
service before making them pay. After acknowledging that they are satisfied with the service then that’s when they pay. If the customer isn’t satisfied with their service we will do the best of our ability to fix the problem until they are. The day the customer came to get the service done with her friend. I was finished with them around 9pm, we close at 8pm. The day she called me to complain about her lashes she was using all kinds of profanity, and I tried to explain to her multiple times that the length of her lashes staying on depends on the care she gives them at home. I asked her to come in to have them fixed but due to her screaming and cursing I do not think she heard me. I tried to explain that she did not need to curse at me, at that point I had a client I was attending to and could not continue to hold the phone to keep repeating the same thing over , she did not want to listen she insisted I refund her. My business does not give refunds to anyone. We ask the customer before they leave our salon if they are satisfied with our service. If however something does happen in an appropriate time of the service, we do not have a problem fixing it, and that is why my Salon has been here for nine plus years. If I gave a refund to everyone that came back after their transaction because they were no longer satisfied it would be impossible to keep my business. The day the customer came back to my salon to speak to me about the problem I was in the back on break. An employee told her I would be right with her. Instead she took it upon herself to walk to the back cursing and screaming. When I came out to speak to her she continued to curse at me, and after this I asked her to leave because if was disrupting business. I tried to resolve the problem by fixing her lashes, but she was so upset she did not want to hear anything I said. We give no time frame on how long the lashes would stay on. Review: I called this business ahead of time to inquire about their prices for a manicure and pedicure, one for myself and my daughter. When I arrived, the prices changed. After we were there for awhile, the prices changed again. I confronted the manager about this and she admitted what she told me on the phone was inaccurate, but simply said she was busy when I called. I have checked their website and see they overcharged me by more than $10. They did not give me a receipt, and yelled at me as I was leaving because I pointed out they had been dishonest by overcharging me. This all took place in front of a 10-year old girl, my daughter. To top it all off, they did not use a quick drying topcoat which meant my nails were quickly ruined. Their dishonesty, false advertising and rudeness made for a terrible experience, and sadly, this was supposed to be a birthday treat for my daughter.Desired Settlement: I think I should be refunded the price of my manicure because it was so badly done and because the price of both my manicure and pedicure was falsely advertised. On the website, it advertises $35 for both. I paid $42 and $20 for my daughter's pedicure. That was supposed to be $17.
