I truly wanna give it up to this company. I recently needed to purchase a ramp for my grandfather. Long story short I first purchased from a different store that took 15 days to deliver and only to find out that they shipped something totally different. A friend suggested me this store and I must say, they did a great job in delivering the product exactly as described and within 5 days. Thank you so much guys, I will definitely purchase again.

I placed an order for items. I received an email that my order was received and that I would receive an email when it was processed. My credit card was charged. It has been 2 weeks and I have not received any communication from this company. No updates of any kind! No response to the numerous emails I have sent and no one answers the phone. I have left voicemail messages and I have been trying to cancel my order to no avail. I will have to have my credit card company resolve this.

customer service is our number one priority. unfortunately, more than one of our Warehouse staff has tested positive for Covid-19 forcing us to shut our facility temporarily until we can ensure the safety of our employees and most importantly our customers.
we are very limited with staff and are trying to do the best we can to get back to every single customer.
right now, our website has been temporarily closed for this exact reason, so we do not run into issues with customers placing orders without communication.
I can see in the system that we have already pushed through a refund for you which should show up in your bank within 5-7 business days.
we truly regret your experience during such difficult times and we hope to open our facilities back up as soon as possible.
