return/exchange policy, which customers MUST agree to before making a purchase on our site.-Mrs. [redacted] also purchase a "Clearance" item where all sales are final.-Mrs. [redacted] did show us that a wire that was broken (this piece comes completely separate from the hair itself)   we sent her 2 extra wires as soon as she let us know that the wire came broken. Unfortunately, we have no control of the mail system and can make no guarantee of when items will arrive unless the customer pays for expedited shipping.-You can also see our record with the Revdex.com, with 3 years as a business and this is the first "complaint" with you. You could assume that we are a honest and fair company. -Mrs. [redacted] seems to feels that if she complains to you then she can ignore all of our policies that she agreed to before purchase. We only sell the highest quality extensions. We feel that we have been very fair and tried to be as helpful as possible to Mrs. [redacted].
