I like to give an A+ rating for Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Las Vegas. I completed a request for service at approximately 1PM on a Wednesday. Within 5 minutes, a Mr. Rooter Rep contacted me. They gave me some information and said another person that does the scheduling will contact me within 15 minutes. It was 5! They had a service person at my house within 20 minutes. His name was Jaime C. Since I was at work, he called me to let me know the costs, what was causing the issues, and what would happen if these problems were not corrected at this time. I choose two of the fixes and he started work. He was very professional and you could tell he knew exactly what had to be done. I'd like to give Jaime "two thumbs up" for his knowledge, professionalism and workmanship, Outstanding! I now have a plumbing service on call! Their name is Mr. Rooter of Las Vegas!

When Eric came to my house to take over a Job that a co worker could not handle, He was so completely confident and professional in what needed to be done. He got to work right away after the job had gotten delayed for three days.If I ever have any problems in the future, I do not want any other person or company to deal with it. I called Mr.Rooter to install my water heater. Mr. [redacted] who came to do this job was very helpful. I did not have the paperwork for my heater as it was my husband who knew where the paperwork was, and since he was ill and in the hospital, Devon helped me get a replacement by taking the extra step to go on the company's website and find the information. He did a good job installing it. I hope the new water heater will last me a long time.

The service I received was very professional. The serviceman Daniel was on time and was able to fix my issue in a matter of a few minutes. Since the repair was very easy and didn't involve any tools, I wasn't charged any fees. I was very surprised by this. I definetly will use this company again if any other issues arise.
