inform me that the kitchen was on fire and that the fire department was calledThe house is block west of our office and we were on site immediatelyWhat we were told was the new tenant was pre-heating the oven and walked awayWhen the smoke detector was going off he returned to the kitchen and saw the oven was in flamesThe fire department extinguished the fire quickly and thankfully no one was hurtThere was over $10,in damages and we had a deductible of $We didn't request that deductible amount, but we applied the deposit towards itIt was unfortunate that this happenedSincerely, Lori G***
