A roof was installed three (3) years ago and over that time I experienced water coming down between the face board and gutters both front and back of my house. I had someone caulk it twice but the problem still exists. I contacted a local roofer who upon inspection stated that the roof was not installed properly and cannot be repaired--a new roof is necessary I can fax the report. I sent a certified letter to this firm and it was not delivered with the indication "not deliverable as addressed unable to forward" This is the only address for this company according to State records and internet search as well as the contact when installed.
