This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with in any capacity They lack professionalism, expertise, communication and knowledge of their business It took nearly three month's to complete a renovation of a bathroom and put carpet in a bedroom Their process of everything from assessing value, damage and replacement is deplorable They blame everyone but themselves for their lack of expertise [redacted] is a wonderful insurance company and they even blamed them DO NOT USE THIS GROUP!
