Please be aware that the first notice dated 6/11/19 was not received. We were just made aware of this pending case based on June 26th,2019 letter as of 7/2/2019.

We were first contacted by the consumer via our web portal on 5/6/19. We immediately responded to the consumer to address her product concerns on the date of contact.

The following day a member of the senior management team contacted the consumer to address the concerns and share various tutorial's via email and personal dialogue for proper use of the device.

Based on the initial communication directly between the consumer and the senior management member over a several week timelines, it was determined that the device performed as designed and the consumer still desired a 100% cash refund from the manufacture.

The consumer was informed that the manufacturer was not able to give a refund, as the device was not purchased from them and to contact the authorized retailer for desired refund.

At that time the consumer began to issue threats and assure the management member that various consumer groups would be contacted and a report would be filed against the manufacture due to the fact we were not able to give a cash refund.

The manufacturer at that time had informed the consumer that a history of all email transmissions would be kept on file and presented as evidence with the appropriate agency to review that the manufacture was from day one very supportive on her concerns and the device functionality
