On March 31st, 2020 I placed a home gym order and my sales support specialist is Jessica N I was charged $ 6,901.99 for the entire purchase. I was told that I will receive the shipment no later than the third week of April. Jessica mentioned that they receive shipments weekly and will keep me posted on a weekly basis with any updates. My entire communication/follow-up with her till today are responses from her to e-mails I sent myself inquiring about the status of the order. Every week her information/updates change. One week she is waiting on the truck, another week the truck had part of my order and the following week the shipment arrived but it is still at the rail yard. She provided me with my number on the list of the peoples who are waiting on their orders and surprisingly my number on the list changed multiple times. As well one of her response email confirmed that she received my items and they are being assembled and will ship, then she reversed this by saying that she received part of the shipment, then the very last e mail, she is waiting on the shipment from China. When I requested about the contact information's of her VP (management), she said she will forward the emails to him. I haven't heard from her VP. Then I asked her again about his info's and she said she will let him know, never gave me any of his contacts.
