My car buying experience through Top Country was smooth and trouble free.

Buyer beware for company Top Country.

I purchased a used pickup truck from them and drove 15 miles on my way home before having issues with the engine. When I called back they said to bring it in on Monday, since the weekend started, and they will check out the engine and see what may be happening to it. On Monday I was informed that the owner said the vehicle worked fine when they had it. They indicated to put gas treatment in the tank and have a nice day. No need to bring vehicle back to them.

Seems that when the owner of this company became involved on Monday the offer to stand behind their vehicles disappeared. I was looking to buy a second vehicle from them but will NOT after this incident. They missed out on a service opportunity along with possible purchase of another vehicle.

So be diligent and do homework on an automobile you may be thinking of purchasing before making a deal with this company as they do not stand behind them. Once you leave the lot you are on your own.
