The morning I needed a tow I was told my ETA was going to be 10:50am. The driver called at 10:30 am and said that the was coming from *** and would be there at 11:30am. I told him I needed to go to my dealer and get a rental. He explained that I could leave the car and 30$ I owed in the car and he would be able to just take it. I got to my dealer did all the paperwork for the rental. Called at 12:22 (almost an hour after the pick up time I was told) and was told my car was still sitting in front of my house. I ran down the street met with the mechanic gave him my warranty info it is now after 1pm and I started calling. No answer. I called multiple times no answer. Me and the mechanic are steady waiting so that I can get my claim started. I called again at 2pm the guy tells me he has my car and it would take AN HOUR TO GET TO ME!! After my car was supposed to be picked up at 1050 originally and then I ok’d the 11:30. I called the shop to report this issue and the guy who answered was extremely rude saying “o well we can’t predict traffic so I don’t know what to tell you” he then hung up in my ear and blocked my cell phone number
