Tony's Collision Care Center

On 01/27/2020 I dropped my vehicle off at Tony Collision Center Inc in Skokie, IL for what was suppose to be a 10 day repair service which would be 02/07/2020. Today is 02/20/2020 and my vehicle still is not ready. The shop never contacted me in reference to the status of my vehicle. I have extended my rental 3 times. The insurance company that is paying for the repair of my vehicle only pays $21.90 per day for a rental car. Anything after that I have to pay out of pocket. In addition I have to pay for the cost of the rental out of pocket and the insurance company will reimburse me It appears that this shop took on more work than they can handle. They have cause me an extreme hardship because I only planned on paying for a rental for 10 days. It is way beyond that time. In addition their lack of professionalism and customer service is unacceptable. The reviews about them are not that great. The insurance company recommended them that is the only reason I used them .
