Its my understanding that the title to said vehicle will not be available at the time of sale and you will leave the original plates and keep the car insured until I have the title in hand. As per our conversation on the 29th, the title and spare key should be available by the fourth of February. Upon delivery we are to return the Florida plates to Hightstown Auto. Again thank you for offering the Santa Fe to us and we intend on passing your professional information on. **WE HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED THE TITLE AND AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO GET THE PAPERWORK, IT FEELS LIKE WE ARE STUCK WITH AT CAR WE CAN'T DRIVE OR REGISTER, WE'VE INSURED IT AND HAVE HAD TO PAY THE COST OF A RENTAL BECAUSE WE DON'T HAVE AN ALTERNATE VEHICLE FOR OUR DAUGHTER TO GET BACK AND FORTH TO HER TWO PLACES OF EMPLOYMENT.Desired Settlement: WE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE TITLE, HAVE HIGHTSTOWN AUTO REIMBURSE US FOR THE CAR RENTAL AND THE COST OF CARRING THE INSURANCE FOR A MONTH. BECAUSE WE CAN'T UTALIZE THE VEHICLE. IF THE TITLE ISN'T AVAILABLE WE WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND AND THE COST OF THE RENTAL AS WELL AS THE INSURANCE FEES.
