I purchased my home in I was given a roof warranty from this business or the person claiming to be the owner of this business with my purchaseThe warranty is in writing and was stored with my purchase documentsMy roof began to leak and I referenced this warrantyThe warranty itself states that the property was given a new roof with a workmanship warranty and a year product warrantyThis work was done prior to my home purchaser by the seller of the property to meyears into my ownership of the property, I contacted the warranty company who in fact verified the warranty was theirs and that it would be honoredThe owner (the company's namesake) subsequently made appointments to come to the property and never showedSince then the owner is not returning any calls or text messages about honoring the warranty on my propertyI have since researched the company and there is no MHIC license and the company is operating fraudulentlyThis unlicensed company is now refus
