Review: Contractor failed to repair or replace cracked part of cement pad that was poured this past July..Contractor acknlowedged crack on visit and said he would fix the issue, but has not, and I have given him at least a month to do so..Desired Settlement: Fix the crack by replacing this whole pad where problem exists..
