Tony Bourque's Auto School

Two of our children took Tony Bourque's drivers ed class in December, 2013. In the ensuing five months,Tony has not provided them with sufficient hours of driving practice to receive credit for the class and proceed to taking their driving test. In mid-April, when we told him that his continuing delays were unacceptable to us, he scheduled one of our children for lessons in July. As we understand it, Tony owes one of our children two hours, and the other eight hours. His delays would force them to leave for college without drivers' licenses, and at least one learners' permit would expire, requiring taking the permit test again, paying the fee, etc.Tony has not responded to text messages, his preferred means of communicating. We asked him to either provide the necessary lessons by June 27 or give us the documentation of class, driving time, and parent program completed and refund the amount of money to pay for completing the lessons elsewhere ($50/lesson). We gave him until May 30 to choose.
