We used this company to tow our car from in front of our home to our driveway, they came and did the job quickly and professionally. We had been quoted a price of $75 to do this job other companies were quoting $80 because they did such a good job we paid them $80.
We highly recommend this company and this is the only company we will do business with for any future towing needs.
THIS WAS MY FIRST COLLISION AND I HAD NO IDEA HOW THINGS WORK. THE *** ADVISED ME TO GET THE CAR TOWED TO MY PREFERRED GARAGE. THE PERSON FROM TOWING ADVISED ME TO TOW IT TO A TEMPORARY GARAGE OVERNIGHT FOR APPRAISAL PURPOSES AND CHARGE $250 FOR WHICH I AGREED. THE NEXT DAY THEY ASKED ME FOR $1000 IF I WANT GET MY CAR BACK. THE CHARGE INCLUDES $180 FOR 2 HOURS WAITING TIME ALTHOUGH IT ONLY TOOK 15 MINUTES TO GET THE CAR OUT OF THE ROAD. THEY ALSO WANT AN ADDITIONAL $175 to retow the car to the ORIGINAL LOCATION PLUS A PER KM CHARGE WHICH WAS NEVER DISCLOSED TO ME AT THE ONSET

Initial Business Response /(1000, 18, 2017/12/23) */
I apologize that you are upset about the service we provide. On the night of collision, which occur around 930 pm we were asked by the owner of the vehicle how much it would cost to hook up the vehicle. Our Standard hook up fee for an accident is $250 this does not include the kilometres the waiting time the clean up and storage fee. Now these are the rates approved by insurance for an accident Tow. We were told by the insured that he wanted to tow vehicle to *** collision centre which is a preferred insurance shop. *** auto repair centre has gates that they lock overnight to secure there's cars. We advise the owner of the vehicle that the gate will be locked and we will not be able to drop off the vehicle there. We also told him that the vehicle would go to an accident compound where accidents are stored overnight until the next morning when we will re-tow the vehicle back to the shop he agreed to that. Our storage fees are $60 per day which is what the insurance approved Retowing the vehicle back to the shop is not a free service there is obviously a charge. The owner of the vehicle had no source of transportation. He requested that we drive him to his home which is over the bridge on the *** side of *** now disservice is not free . The owner of the vehicle also forgot his baby seats in the vehicle. We had to contact our driver to come back to the accident scene for the owner of the vehicle to grab his belongings this is not a free service. The next we received A call from a body shop that we have never dealt with before we looked up the body shop on *** and it appeared to be a house where they repair cars in the backyard. now we advised insurance company that this is not a preferred body shop and we will not accept there payment method since we have never done business with them. We also advised The insurance company to send their own tow to pick up car and pay owing balance since the shop payment method isn't secure or guaranteed. The insurance company had no interest in bring the insured vehicle to that repair shop which evently took a week to resolve in the mean time the storage fees were adding up. All in all we provide you with excellent service to the insured, what I believe he's upset about is the fact that his vehicle didn't end up at that backyard garage where they hoped to *** the insurance company with over ovaluted repair bill. Please remember that under the consumer protection act we are not to charge for the service we did not provide we are only allowed to charge a certain dollar value for each service we provide him with on please remember that under the consumer protection act we are not to charge for the service we did not provide we are only allowed to charge a certain dollar value for each service we provide. Now if *** thought that we were gonna Tow his vehicle to the yard dropped him off at home retow vehicle back to the shop after two nights of storage for $250 is not realistic.
