Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
A few extra days? Try 2.5 weeks plus no response to any of my messages, which they clearly received judging by their response. They are just giving excuses now that I have taken further action. I had to have my bank step in to contact their bank. Had it actually been "a few extra days" and they had let me know perhaps I would have been more understanding but instead I was ignored and left to believe my money was lost so it is doubtful that they have so many happy customers as they say handling business this way. Other potential customers should be wary of this business because had I known or read such reviews I definitely would not have made a purchase from them.Sincerely,[redacted]
I have asked Alex to refund customer's payment of $89.90. Alex is extremely busy with deluge of holiday season orders and did not have a chance to verify return and make refund. I have asked him to issue the refund as soon as possible.
FYI, this business is NOT a scam. We have...
thousands of very happy customers. Taking a few extra days to verify a return and issue a refund during a very busy holiday seasons does not make a business a scam.
Review: This online retailer has easily accessible listings of customers usernames, passwords, addresses, and phone numbers posted at the following link [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want this webpage and others like it removed immediately. I feel this company's security and privacy policies require extensive revision and oversight.

Response:
This information is from our old website that no longer exist. Someone got a hold of the information and posted it online. At this point we can't do anything to stop it. We have since completely changed our website.

Response:
No matter who leaked the information, it is the company's responsibility to contact every person on that list and make them aware their information has been compromised. The company's customers have the right to be warned that not only their usernames and other information have been released, but that their passwords have as well. As many people habitually use the same passwords and email addresses for many websites, they need to be told to change their passwords. I would think this company would be more concerned about the potential liability they could incur if, for instance, someone were to use their information to hack into a former customer's online bank account. Further, I do not believe that the company is able to do "nothing" regarding this matter. Contacting the previous web designer or host would be a start. I have not been supplied with any evidence that the company has tried in any way to resolve this issue.
