omtop has been my worse experience to deal with in my years of purchasing items online Item I bought had an obvious manufacturers defect that caused it not to workFirst they were willing to buy me out for a fraction of the amount that I paid Then after much correspondence I agreement to pay for a resendAfter paying for thisI was told that the replacement will be sent only after I gave a favourable review through eBayThey would not provide me a tracking number stating costsI offered to pay additional for tracking but was declined Over the course of the past monthsThere has been so called resends, no tracking number provided for any of them and no replacement has ever arrived Recently in one of my emails I was told that they could find no evidence of my original purchase or my etransfer of additional money to send to me a replacementI provided to them all my copies I'm an important customer they stated, yet I'm blocked from buying anything else from Tomtop I have sent many emails to various Tomtop email accounts but in the past several months Im no longer getting any responses Tomtop is a Buyer Beware site

Item I bought had an obvious manufacturers defect that caused it not to work. First they were willing to buy me out for a fraction of the amount that I paid.
Then after much correspondence I agreement to pay for a resend. After paying for this. I was told that the replacement will be sent only after I gave a favourable review through eBay. They would not provide me a tracking number stating costs. I offered to pay additional for tracking but was declined.
Over the course of the past 14 months. There has been 8 so called resends, no tracking number provided for any of them and no replacement has ever arrived.
Recently in one of my emails I was told that they could find no evidence of my original purchase or my etransfer of additional money to send to me a replacement. I provided to them all my copies.
I'm an important customer they stated, yet I'm blocked from buying anything else from Tomtop
I have sent many emails to various Tomtop email accounts but in the past several months Im no longer getting any responses.
Tomtop is a Buyer Beware site.
