Review: This dealership worked on my waveruuner and after completion I found wrong parts that looked like they were used parts installed they broke parts and then installed the broken parts where I wouldnt find them. when I confronted the dealership I was told that it wasnt there responsibility to replace the parts they broke it was mine. The wave runner was taken into the dealership for a blown motor and oil leak. There was oil still all in the wave runner and motor so how did they verify the oil leak was fixed. when I checked the spark plugs I found oil in the cylinder for the plug on the coil boot. I was then told to never come back to the dealership. So if you challenge them you get told not to return what a great place.Desired Settlement: Please fix the wave runner for what I paid for or refund the money so I can have the wave runner repaired at another location (preferred)
