Said customer purchased a vehicle and was given the Carproof (Vehicle history report) that showed an insurance claim and two
estimatesThe customer signed the bill of sale stating they got the carproof report. The customer now wants out of the vehicle as they feel apparently they did not understand there was previous damage to the vehicleWe have offered what we feel is totally fair, option A, exchange the vehicle for something else of equal to or lesser value, or option B $*** cash and keep the vehicleThe customer left the dealership seeming ok around Nov19th,2015, and was going to go home and speak with her partner and get back to us by the beginning of the weekWe have not heard anything more from the customer other than this complaint from the Revdex.com
