not having the quality wash he was expecting at our car wash, we have contacted this customer by
phone and feel certain we have made this...
situation right for both parties.
We have his refund ready as soon as he comes back to the wash. We have also made sure that no
customer should leave our wash unhappy and that anytime he doesn’t feel he got the best wash any
customer can come back through and rewash until they are satisfied.
We hope this satisfies your request and we are always striving to make any customer opportunity

I am rejecting this response because:
While I was contacted by [redacted] to refund my money, but apparently because I wasn't available to go on the day (Monday) he set up, my refund disappeared. I was informed by [redacted] that my refund would be paid out in cash (in an envelope with my name on it) and that I had the option to file a report for the damage to my vehicle. I contacted the office and informed I would be coming by Wednesday, I even left a voicemail for [redacted] on his cell to let me know when would be a good time (after I confirmed that he was in the office by an employee). The employee I spoke with on the phone said there was no envelope and would have to have [redacted]'s approval before she could file a report, so I was to wait for a call back from [redacted] before I could go; that call never came. I would like my refund still, and I would like to file the report for the damages done to the roof.

I've spoken to his customer, we had a great talk. We still have his refund waiting and ready for him at the business. It's been here for 2 weeks. I'm not sure who the employee is that he spoke to, we do have some new staff and it's possible he spoke to one of them and they may not have been aware and it's been ready since the day after I was contacted by the Revdex.com.
