We had moved into our unit in February and by June , I noticed there was bed bugs in the unitAll over my son's bed and on the walls in my roomWe had to throw away our furnitureI contacted *** to tell him about the issue and we were told we had to pay for the issue to be fixed ourself There are units in the building I called *** out and they said they can't just treat our unit it had to be the whole building because if we just treated our Issue it would be pointless and would come right back because they travel through the wallsThe neighbor also states she has him and has *** said they would have to treat it as wellI have the messages from her stating she has bed bugs as well
