The Regional Outlet Manager for the area reached out to the Guest and set up an exchange for a different shirtThe Guest is going to pick up the shirt from the Seattle Premium Outlet (Marysville, WA) location next week

Guest initially contacted Tommy Bahama by emailOur Guest Services team responded to the guest advising her that her email would be forwarded to our Retail team for follow up as her feedback was concerning a retail experienceThe guest replied, stating that she did not want any further communication from Tommy Bahama; no further communication was sent to the guest

DistributionCenter located in Auburn, WAMr*** included a typed request for either a replacement shirt or agift card cred it due to a defect on the garmentThe Returns Department forwarded this information toour Loss Prevention Team requesting a solution as the garment identification was too worn to read.11/19/- The Tommy Bahama Loss Prevention Team requested Item/Style information from the GuestServices Operations Team.12/24/-The Guest Services Operations Team identified that the item is from Fall and the RetailPrice was $at that timeThe item was available in one of our Tommy Bahama Outlet Stores at theprice of $This information was forwarded to our Loss Prevention Team on this day.1/13/- The Loss Prevention Team gave approval to issue the Guest a Merchandise Card in theamount of $75.00, which is the current price of the item.Tommy Bahama has no record of the Guest *** *** contacting the Guest Services Teamregarding this returned item by phone or emailTommy Bahama has no record of the Guest emailaddress, phone number, and we do not show Mr*** as a registered Retail purchaser in the TommyBahama "Customer Relationship Management" system.We would like to ensure we have the opportunity to take care of t he Guest situation by extending aTommy Bahama Merchandise Card in the amount of $Mr*** may contact Guest ServicesOperations Specialist Hilary H*** at with his acceptance of the Merchandise Card.Tommy BahamaGuest Services ManagerQueena T***

Issue is now resolved. Guest has been credited for returned item as of 7.1.2016. We have called the Guest to advise of such; he is satisfied.
