*** *** called Tom Ferry coaching requesting a minute Free Coaching callMywife *** was directly solicited by this organization after downloading some free business tools from their websiteAt no time did we directly contact them requesting a FREE coaching callHe was scheduled with one of our Coaching Consultants and he and his wife spoke to our Consultant for minutesPrior to the 30 minute call, my wife specifically asked for a *** coach and the “appointment setter” said she had the perfect “COACH” for usThere was NO coaching conducted during this initial “coaching call”It was a minute sales pitch by a salesman, NOT a coachThey decided to join our coaching program and completed and signed our month coaching contract and was charged the first payment of $We agreed to coach specifically with *** ***Mr*** misrepresented himself as a coachHe also misrepresented that he would be coaching us directlyWe later found out from *** *** that *** *** is “just a salesman” and NOT a coach at allThey were sent the Coaching Assessment to complete and return which would determine which coach would be best for themThe Coaching Assessment does specifically indicate that the information provided would be used to determine the coach that would be best for us*** *** represented himself as our coach from the initial callThe Coaching Assessment was provided by Mr*** to, according to Mr***, help HIM develop our coaching programWe signed the month contract to coach with *** *** (this was before we found out that he was “just a salesman”) They explained to the Coaching Consultant they would like to work with a *** coachWe were able to also accommodate this verbal request as well. They NEVER accommodated this requestClients had their first coaching call with their assigned coachWe NEVER had our first coaching call with the coach that the company had assigned to usWe communicated via email and stated that *** *** was our coachNo initial call ever happenedAfter this call they called our offices requesting to work with a more *** coach, asking if their Coaching Consultant would coach them*** ***, the “coaching consultant” stated that he would talk to management and have them allow HIM to coach usWe believed him and allowed the day right to cancel expire based on his wordThe Coaching Consultants do not do full time coaching as explained to themWE reassessed and choose another seasoned coach who is a very Strong ***I began this call by asking this supposed “Strong ***” about his faithHe immediately began talking about “Aligning his Chakras” which is a Hindu/Buddhist belief and COMPLETELY contradicts our *** beliefsThe company’s attempted solution clearly indicates their inability to accommodate or request which was made very clear PRIOR to signing any agreementClients refused to continue coaching because they felt that they need to be more aligned with their personal *** beliefs: See their email below:" We discussed this very important principle and how to us this is a non-negotiableWe do not make business and sales practices wrong, it is just that some of the practices and principles completely contradict our religious beliefs and the foundation on which our business was founded and operates on a daily basisBecause of this, it is difficult to find a coach whose advice and council is based on Biblical principles aloneWhile there are many ***s that operate in the business and sales profession, for us it must be the foundation from which they run their life, their business and the basis from which they give adviceI'm not talking about someone who goes to church on Sunday and "sprinkles a little bit of Jesus on top" I have attached a copy of the Palm Beach Brokers Group Difference to give you an idea of the foundation from which our business and personal lives operate." At this point they asked to cancel the program (9/10/2015) I reminded them that they were in a month coaching contract which is stated in the terms and conditions is non-cancellableThey were also that we could accommodate their request for a "VERY" *** coachBased on the response above, it clearly indicates that this company has no idea what we were looking for and has no way of providing the type of coaching that we originally asked them for*** refused and said he had already found a coach who was in their ministry*** has mentioned that I have already found another coach on several occasionsThis is completely and I have no idea where she got that informationAt this point I have NOT hired another coachAs a company we made a business decision to allow him to terminate his contract early without further penalty or financial obligation but would not be refunding his first months payment as he was an Active coaching member for weeks with access to all of our resources and also had one of four of this one on one coaching callsWe DID NOT have any coaching callsThe access to their website and resources were of no value to us at allImagine being given all the materials you need to build a houseBut you are not given the blueprints or any instruction on how to use the tools provided. Access to their materials without the accompanying coaching and accountability has no valueIf it did, they would simply sell the materials aloneThe value is in the coaching of which we received noneWe sent him the cancellation agreement which he refused to signI refused to sign the cancellation unless the $999 cancellation fee was removedI received NOTHING OF VALUE for the money paid. He requested a full refundWe will not be refunding this first paymentMy suggestion would be that the company get the $from *** *** who misrepresented this relationship from the on-setHe misrepresented himself as a coachHe misrepresented himself as being able to coach us directly when the company does not allow thatHe misprepresented his ablity to find another *** coach that could work with usAll the while, allowing the 3-day cancellation period to expirewhile he supposedly worked this all out with managementHe further misrepresented himself by stating that he could get us a full refund after we cancelledAt this point, I have no interest in dealing with this group of liars. Their response to this is the reason why we requested a *** coachI have no interest in a group of dishonest, untruthful people coaching us on our business based on Buddhist and Hindu principles.I wish to have this resolved in a way that would save others from falling prey to this company’s dishonesty and blatant misrepresentations. The coaching contract does not mention a cancellation feeThe terms and conditions of the contract are not a part of the contract but are listed in their website which means they can change at any time without notice. *** signed up for Core coaching on 6/ She was placed with her coach and coaching calls were scheduled Client rescheduled all calls She called our office on 7/to say she wanted to cancel coaching due to her husband losing her job We immediately
suspended further billingWe realized she really needed to make money fast We told her we would not bill her again until October so she could utilize the calls she paid, and get the results from coaching she signed up for "to make more money" - we coached her to get her out of her fear as she now was the sole break winner of the household Unfortunately she did not want coaching only a refund Per the terms of the contract it is a non cancellable month program. She was not open to working with a coach We offered her an early termination with no further payments. Our contract is non cancellable and non refundable as per the terms of her signed contract

Client joined our program and signed a 12-month non-cancellable contract on 12/07/2015. He elected to pay in 4 quarterly payments (each 3 months apart) when he signed his 12-month contract. On 02/17/2016, before his second quarterly payment was due to process, client expressed his desire to terminate...

his contract. Client’s success rep and coach made multiple attempts to assist the client’s needs and provide support needed, including: ·         On 02/17/2016 his success rep offered to help him change coaches, client declined. ·         On 02/19/2016 his coach offered a free coaching call, client declined. ·         On 02/19/2016 his coach offered to change his billing plan to monthly, client declined. In all instances, client replied with defamatory statements and only insisted on the cancellation of his contract On 02/23/2016, before his second quarterly payment was processed, client continued to express his dissatisfaction and refused to speak about the matter on the phone. On 02/26/2016, the client was emailed with two options: to go on a 90-day hold, or to terminate his contract and pay an early termination fee. On 02/29/2016, client elected to pay the early termination fee and was sent the documents. Client did not reply so his success rep re-sent the documents on 03/08/2016 with a reminder. At this time, client refused to pay the early termination fee and elected to uphold his contract. Client’s second quarterly payment processed successfully on 03/07/2016 and client continued to make defamatory statements and express his dissatisfaction. On 03/28/2016, the company offered the client the option to terminate his contract and use his latest payment towards the early termination fee, thus, he would not need to make any further monetary payments, the client would owe nothing, and he would be legally completed with his contract. On 03/29/2016, client refused to terminate his contract with the stated terms. The company has made every effort available to accommodate the client but the company cannot legally cancel the contract unless the client completes the early termination agreement.

Dear Client and Revdex.com,We have cancelled this clients 12 month coaching program, refunded him all monies paid excluding the first months payment which covers the month they were Active coaching clients and taking coaching calls.  This is more that fair and if there are further questions.please reach out to us.thank you,[redacted]Client Services Manager

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Summary of Complaint: A) I was told prior to signing up that the company offered something that I learned, after signing the contact, they didn’t have. B) Coaching was unorganized, unstructured, and not in any way synchronized to what [redacted] had on his website or in his lectures.)This is an overview of my FULL complaint:On February 9, 2016, I received a solicitation phone call from [redacted] who tried to get me to sign up for the [redacted] – Your Coach Program. I repeatedly said “No”, but after a second phone call, we went into more detail about the program.   I informed Mr. [redacted], that I really needed good Cold Calling scripts for real estate. I informed him that I had found a free site with Expired/FSBO scripts, business plan (http://www.[redacted]), etc., but I needed Cold Calling.  Mr. [redacted] assured me that [redacted] had exactly that. After signing up, I could not locate “Cold Calling” scripts anywhere on the members page. I called back and was told to talk to my coach which would be a few weeks later.During my 1st coaching call with [redacted] (2/18), the first 15 was an introduction. Everything was fine until I asked where the Cold Calling scripts were. She directed me to the Members Page on the [redacted] website (which was the first place I looked when I signed up.)  There was nothing there.   Ms. [redacted] then told me that I would have to attend a SALES EDGE LIVE CLASS to get the script. This class would be an additional couple hundred dollars.  She also spent 15 minutes of our FIRST coaching call trying to get me to pay for a live class that was an hour away from me.  I told her I just signed up for the program and could not afford it.  She said it was mandatory and I could go to October instead. As SOON as that first coaching call ended, I contacted [redacted] at the [redacted] office to complain. Why was half of my first coaching call a sales call trying to get more money out of me? I started to get angry.Livid, and still without any Cold Calling scripts, I contacted more people at the [redacted] office. On February 25, I spoke to [redacted] and told her that I had been in the program for three weeks and still have no cold calling scripts.  Ms. [redacted] said she would do a search and find some for me.  She emailed me back with Expired/Door to door scripts, but in the email stated “there is nothing besides “Calling or Knocking Around Your Listing Sales Scripts” for cold calling.”   Therefore, admitting that what I was told up front when signing up was a LIE.The ongoing “coaching” I received was in no way connected to what [redacted] says in his videos or even online.  The coach had her own ways, including going to a listing presentation with only a property profile, getting a year contract and 6% commission.  This does not go along with what Mr. [redacted] says in his coaching.  My coach NEVER ONCE referenced anything on the [redacted] site.  She never talked about anything that [redacted] mentions. The reason above is why the program didn’t work.  Aside from not having the scripts I needed, there was NO organization or structure to the coaching at all.  No connection between what the coach was saying to what Mr. [redacted] was saying.  I complained about this MULTIPLE times. After my coach attended Sales Edge, the live event, I asked her if they had cold calling scripts, which she replied she would email me what they had.  After 10 minutes, she then said “everything he had at Sales Edge is all on his website, it’s all the same information.”   So, there were no Cold Calling scripts at that event.I have been complaining to the company more than a dozen times, including endless emails.  The person who signed me up, refused to respond to ANY of my emails.  He know he lied to me. Yet, I was told over and over that I signed up for a year and couldn’t cancel. On 7/19, after being in the program for 6 months, I told my coach I was still having problems with Cold Calling and needed scrips.  Ms. [redacted] then scaned me door knocking scripts and tells me to modify them. I sent them to [redacted], so she KNOWS that I was not sent cold calling scripts.  I was told I could switch coaches, which I hesitated about because I didn’t want to start all over. I finally agreed after speaking to the new coach and giving him a background.   I sent the new coach 6 questions the day before our call because I really wanted to know what he did about cold calling, prospecting.    When I first talked to the second coach on 8/9, the first thing he said was “the first few calls I will get to know about you and your business.”   Starting over…  After 15 minutes of instruction, I tell him about the questions I emailed him the night before.   No answer.  He then became quite rude and condescending and was talking down to me.   He wanted to start everything over (after I have been in the program for 7 months) and was going to waste 2-3 calls on introduction.  I told him I was concerned about this and told [redacted] ahead of time I didn’t want to start all over.   Still, the coach told me to take notes (never answering my questions) and snapped at me when I was trying to take notes on the computer “Are you taking notes on the computer?  I want you to write these down because you are going to make notes around them.”  It was at this time, I felt it was not working for me and I didn’t like the way he spoke to me.  I told him I didn’t want to start all over and again asked about my questions. No response. I told him this program wasn’t working and he then HUNG UP ON ME.  (NOT what [redacted] said, I never hung up).I have been complaining to the company for 7 months. I told them I was LIED to when signing up and that their coaching program was unorganized and there was ZERO structure to it.  I was told I had to stay a year and carry out my end of the contract. It was not until after my Revdex.com complaint did I get offered a cancellation.I am LIVID [redacted] would respond to my initial complaint calling me erratic. How dare she.  Angry. I am angry that I have been put though a complete nightmare by this company after being lied to get me to sign up.  That along with the poor coaching made me want out.  It should not have taken 7 MONTHS to allow me to cancel. I want every dollar I put into this program BACK. I have repeatedly asked to speak to Tom [redacted], in which I was told he doesn’t take calls.   I just want out of this program and my money back.SIDE NOTE: AFTER filing a complaint with Revdex.com.org and my last coaching call, I received an email from [redacted] at the [redacted] Program on that just said “Based on your emails and messages I would like to extend a cancellation.”  When I called, [redacted] told me they would let me out of my contract but the company would KEEP the $2995 I have paid.  That includes the payment for this month, which she said I would not get back.My complaint is for the full amount of $2995 that I paid.

[redacted] has worked with 2 of our long time coaches.  Her first coach worked with her one on one and provided scripts on cold calling.  Client did not have the capacity to understand or retain the information or coaching.  Coach [redacted] gave client extra time and extra calls and...

worked with her.  Her coach who has been in Real Estate for many years discussed her market and that she may need to make some adjustments.  [redacted] did not want to follow coaches suggestions.  I suggested that she try a new coach she declined for a few months and then decided to try to work with someone new.I am the client services manager and I have been working with [redacted].  She told me she wanted to work on her listing presentation.  I placed her with our master coach who specializes in listing presentations.  He spoke with her one time but she was not willing to engage.  She hung up crying.[redacted] is a very nice woman, she is very erratic in behavior and has difficulty understanding what her coach is asking her to do.  She stated she does not want anymore coaching.  She has 7 months remaining on her contract.  We decided to release her from her coaching contract without further obligation -  We truly tried to work with her, I do believe [redacted] has some special challenges which make her uncoachable.   she paid for 5 months of coaching which equals 10, one on one coaching calls and all of our resources.  She was given 3 free calls to help her.  She was provided with all resources and more coaching than she paid for.  We wish her the best, and hope she finds success.

I understand that I made a 12 month agreement. However, I was not expecting my circumstances to change the way they did. I informed Tom Ferry YourCoach about my personal situation prior to any scheduled coaching calls. At this point I have paid for 4 coaching calls and have not taken 1 coaching call. Since I have not used the coaching calls that I paid for, I am requesting that I be credited the $1,198 and have the coaching calls canceled. I feel that this is not an unreasonable request since the calls have not been used. [redacted]

Hi Revdex.com, [redacted]'s cancellation request was in process which does take up to 14 days.  We addressed her concerns and took care of her to her satisfaction. thank you, [redacted]Client Services ManagerTell us why here...

Dear Revdex.com,[redacted] called Tom Ferry coaching requesting a 30 minute Free Coaching call.  He was scheduled with one of our Coaching Consultants and he and his wife spoke to our Consultant for 60 minutes.  They decided to join our coaching program and completed and signed our 12 month...

coaching contract and was charged the first payment of $999.  They  were sent the Coaching Assessment to complete and return which would determine which coach would be best for them.  They explained to the Coaching Consultant they would like to work with a [redacted] coach.  We were able to also accommodate this verbal request as well.  Clients had their first coaching call with their assigned coach.  After this call they called our offices requesting to work with a more [redacted] coach, asking if their Coaching Consultant would coach them.  The Coaching Consultants do not do full [redacted]e coaching as explained to them. WE reassessed and choose another seasoned coach who is a very Strong [redacted].  Clients refused to continue coaching because they felt that they need to be more aligned with their personal [redacted] beliefs:  See their email below:. " We discussed this very important
principle and how to us this is a non-negotiable.  We do not make business
and sales practices wrong, it is just that some of the practices and principles
completely contradict our religious beliefs and the foundation on which our
business was founded and operates on a daily basis.  Because of this, it
is difficult to find a coach whose advice and council is based on Biblical
principles alone.  While there are many [redacted]s that operate in the
business and sales profession, for us it must be the foundation from which
they run their life, their business and the basis from which they give
advice.  I'm not talking about someone who goes to church on Sunday
and "sprinkles a little bit of Jesus on top" . I have attached a copy
of the [redacted] Difference to give you an idea of the
foundation from which our business and personal lives operate."  At this point they asked to cancel the program (9/10/2015)  I reminded them that they were in a 12 month coaching contract which is stated in the terms and conditions is non-cancellable.  They were also that we could accommodate their request for a "VERY" [redacted] coach.  [redacted] refused and said he had already found a coach who was in their ministry.  As a company we made a business decision to allow him to terminate his contract early without further penalty or financial obligation but would not be refunding his first months payment as he was an Active coaching member for 3 weeks with access to all of our resources and also had one of four of this one on one coaching calls.  We sent him the cancellation agreement which  he refused to sign.  He requested a full refund.  We will not be refunding this first payment.Attachments:Completed and signed coaching contract (by client)Completed coaching assessment (by client)Cancellation agreement (unsigned)If you have further questions, please contact me.[redacted]Client Services Manager

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The company offered me an astonishing early termination fee of $2,000! Their response makes it sounds like the early termination fee I was offered was something reasonable. Since day one when I expressed my problems with the program I was immediately given the runaround. They should do the right thing and refund me my money. The program did not meet my expectations. I told them that very early on after I started the coaching program. I haven't received any coaching for quite some time since and they have failed to make a sincere attempt to work with me - just more runaround and dragging everything out so that my credit card keeps getting charged. I would not have brought it to the Revdex.coms attention had they made a sincere effort to work with me and had I not experienced such unethical behavior on their part.

[redacted] is obviously very upset.  We have offered all services and products as promised.   We have followed her progress very closely and have made all efforts to assist her as per terms of contract and all resources available to her, including:Coach spending additional time including role playing, scripting etc.Giving her free calls to support her.Discussing working with a new coach- which she declined initially and then approved.  Her new coach who is one of our senior coaches attempted to address her concerns, shortly after the call took place the client got very emotional and said she couldnt do this and hung up.  We hope [redacted] has a successful career in real estate and we wish her the best.    We have cancelled her contract without further payment. thank you.

Review: I was badgered into signing up for the Tom Ferry Break Through By Design. I was given some temporary videos to watch by the salesman. The next morning I called to cancel and asked for a refund and asked that they not send the work book. I was told that I could not cancel or get a refund because I watched some of the videos. I tried to login and got a message that my account does not exist. I don't want the program, don't need the program and don't like the program and not being able to login is unethical.[redacted]team[redacted]Desired Settlement: refund of my payment. $418.00
