MsCarmona,Enclosed are three pages pertaining to this situationI am not a member of the Revdex.com and I am not in the business of airing out our dirty laundry publically pertaining our business, but as long as there is going to be customer's that feel that state laws, regulations,
and contracts do not apply to them but do apply to the other customers- and - your company is willing to make public any unreasonable customer complaints and make any erroneous statement they make made public THEN I guess with the volume of customers that we have it will necessitate us answering these types of outrageous customers from time to time.Enclosed is a three page history of events AND a copy of the contract they have signed and agreed to(And violated).
