Contacted Tomasits Landscaping. Owner returned call and apologized for the delay in getting back to us. He scheduled an appointment. We arranged our day to be home for scheduled appointment. No one showed and no one called. We called and left a message. Two days later owner called and claimed he lost our phone number, was extremely busy and suggested that perhaps one of his relatives could do the job. We stated that he was unprofessional and he hung up on us. "Customer service at its worse".
