implyI was polite in every wayI politely told him that there was nothing I could doThey sign the contract and it says I am not responsible for any damages caused
The sheds are well sealed against miceperhaps the tenant didn't close door properlyand mouse was able to get inI am enclosing a copy of the rental agreement and have underlined the insurance part for easier understandingI am very sorry for their damage if any and hope this contract clarifys everything

I *** have spoke to Susanne in no way did she explain over the phone about insurance policy when complaining about the mice eating the couchesThe agreement wasn't explained when signed either to correct susannes reponceWe will not be faulted for mice in there storage unitsThe doors were shut and left shut ***

imply I was polite in every way I politely told him that there was nothing I could do They sign the contract and it says I am not responsible for any damages caused
The sheds are well sealed against mice perhaps the tenant didn't close door properly and mouse was able to get in I am enclosing a copy of the rental agreement and have underlined the insurance part for easier understanding I am very sorry for their damage if any and hope this contract clarifys everything
