Tom's Auto Sales

I gave the dealership Toms Auto Sales, Tom D*** a down payment of $for a vehicle. I never signed any contracts, any paperwork or picked up the vehicle. MrD*** keeps telling me that he's waiting for the paperwork through fedex. I haven't seen Tom since January
9, 2018. The only time he called was on 01/10/and 01/22/18. The last conversation made was that he was still in Phoenix and got very offensive when I told him that his wife saw him at home that morning of 01/22/and he started yelling at me telling me that I aint getting my money back
