advertised on ***, he had a promotion buy 2 get 1 free. I was not sure about the sizing so I checked out their sizing chart and I purchased according to their recommendation. I also decided to go 1 size down on the freeby. They all are way too big. and now Im trying to get in touch with them by email and the phone number listed and noone is answering or getting back to me. I am not interested in a refund, I would like to exchange for the right size, but I sure would take my money back, just because of all this. they advertise that they have easy returns and free exchange.but that is not possible if they dont return a ligit answer. instead of an automated one that does not address the issue at hand.
