Very rude and poor Customer Service Wouldn't allow me to finish explaining the issues with my car before telling me they were going to charge me to put it on the rack.. Previously, I had set up an appointment a few days in advance to have a fuel issue (fuel pump) looked at, I gave them my car and told them to keep it as needed and they wouldn't diagnose the issue. They said I'm on my own.
