You should never ever shop with Lone Star Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. Not only will their finance team try to push you into a deal, but after you say no, their manager will come out and try and convince you that you should stay. When told no, they will start talking *** about you under their breath as they walk away. When confronted, the manager will walk up to you like he's going to beat your *** and have to be calmed down by his lackeys by telling you to leave the lot.
Avoid this place at all cost. I gave them my price range and they kept pushing it more and more expecting me to say yes. I fully admit that I have poor credit, but I was the one willing to accept that and carry on with my current vehicle. Don't waste a single minute of your time with these fear mongers.
Chris was great in sales!
Dealer replaced air bags on my truck as part of a factory recall. When I got it back the horn did not work.
Lone Star replaced the air bags in my truck as required by a factory recall in March 2019. After the service was completed the first time that I tried to use the horn, it would not work. Since the horn is located inside the driver steering wheel where the air bag is located, I returned to the dealer thinking that someone had forgotten to hook it back up. The dealer took this apart and said there was a part broken and would have to be replaced at my expense. Since the part is in the same compartment as the air bag, I felt that the mechanic had inadvertently broken this part. There is no way that I could possible get to this part. The horn was working when I took the truck to the dealer. It had been inspected 2 weeks before at a state inspection necessary for license renewal. The horn worked when it was taken to the dealer. It did not work after they repaired the truck. The repair done on the truck was next to the part broken. There had never been a problem with the horn before. The service rep just kept saying that he didn't know how it could happen and that he didn't do the work on the air bag, but they were not going to repair it. This was a dealer error and should be repaired. There is absolutely no other logical explanation.
Repair the horn.
Contacted customer on 5/14/19 and left a message stating that we have ordered the part to fix this horn issue at no expense to the customer. Never heard back from the customer so when this complaint was presented to us we again called the customer and this time was able to speak with him directly and set him an appointment for 5/16/2019 at 1:30pm. He is going to bring vehicle in and we are going to fix the horn issue at no charge to the customer.
Dealer failed on multiple occasions to answer help with my issues.
I purchased two vehicles in November of 2017. I asked both my salesman and the finance person to be sure one of them was registered to both myself and my company for tax purposes. They both acknowledged the request. When I received my plates the truck was not registered as requested. I made multiple phone calls to both the salesman, the finance guy and the floor manager. None would resolve my issue and even went as far as telling me my request was illegal. I called the registration office in Mineola and was informed this was not illegal and an easy fix. I asked repeatedly to speak to the owner and was informed he was not willing to speak to me. Also they waited 27 days to pay off my two trade ins and cost my wife $650.00 that they refuse to return.
I would like the dealership to properly register my truck and pay any and all costs. I would like to be reimbursed the $650.00 my wife paid on a truck that should have been paid off.
At the time of sale the customer gave us his personal information to get loans approved on two trucks. We were able to obtain a loan thru on of our indirect lenders for the two trucks to be in his personal name just as the loan contract read and the customer signed. Once the loan is approved we cannot alter the names on the title application whether it be adding a business name or even a spouse. We have to title the vehicle the exact way the contract reads and the way the loan was approved. We cannot do anything about the registration on these two trucks. I will look into the payoff of the two trade in loans to see if there was any negligence on our part and if so I will refund the customer any fees associated with this.

I did not ask them to title either vehicle in any way other than the loan documents indicated. I asked them to register one vehicle in both mine and my companies name. They refused on multiple occasions to either do as they were asked or to assist me in getting this done. Again I asked to speak to the owner on multiple occasions and was also refused this courtesy. As a business owner this alone amazes me. If my customer is dissatisfied and wants to speak to me I would never refuse them. Poor customer service in my opinion.
Rude, don't care if they satisfy me. Overcharge, unacouttability, does not complete work. Unhappy from 1 year after purchase vehicle, incompetent
I purchased a Dodge Dart Ralley in 2013.Needed problem solved on the updates, did not offer loan vehicle.waited tilll acumilation of problems them took it in under extended warranty and the dealership could not fix because it wasn't showing up on computer, key sticking in ignition ans gear shift would not release the key unless it was jiggled, has a rubbing in the front end and said struts needed replaced, insurance said no, still rubbing, fixed radio antenna, but did not fix Bluetooth. They said it worked when it left the shop but it didn't. It will connect but will con not hear anything thru it.The dealership said it needed a new radio to solve the Bluetooth problem. They are charging extra for a radio that the insurance will only pay for part of. Making me pay an extra deductible for the same problem. The person was the service manage ,***.I took the car in in the month of October they kept it for a week and said it was finished. I saw the Bluetooth didn't work and took it back a week later and they looked at it on a Monday.,I called back to reaffirm the reason they wouldn't fix the radio unless,I cam up with almost 300.00$ extra that the insurance wouldn't cover.
Fix everything with the car to my satisfaction with no expense to me until the warranty is out.
We are working with the after market warranty company to get this claim fixed for the customer. We have contacted the customer and have the vehicle in the shop now. We have contacted the warranty company and are working on getting this vehicle fixed and paid for by the warranty company not the customer.
