I am rejecting this response because:
The information by Token Car is incorrect.I cleary left a message with name and phone number, just recently after the complaint was forwarded to them by the Revdex.com did they place an attendant who wears a reflective work vest and sits on a lawn type chair-never before had that gentleman been there and I strongly believe he was placed there because this complaint was made to you.Please have them refund, thank

This is the first I hear of this complaint from this person. I do have an answering system set at the carwashWhen people leave a message, we always return the calls
promptlyIf the call comes in late, we return the call first thing the next morning, no matter what day it isYou left a message, I was advised of it, and I returned your callI do not have any record that she calledMaybe she did not leave a messageOr if she did, maybe she did not leave a phone number to get back to herEither way, I have no problem returning her $10.00. I have attendants at the wash from 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday thru FridayAnd attendants there on Saturdays and Sundays
