I ordered shoe box containers well over a couple months ago, finally received them in the mail. When I opened the package all it was was flimsy pieces of plastic that looked NOTHING like the pictures. When I asked to make a return they would only accept a picture of the item to “see what I received”. They then emailed me back and said what I received is the correct item and maybe I can “use it for something else” and refuse to process a return. I paid over $80 for something that DOESNT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURES AT ALL

I ordered my robot april 24 never received and its says it never been shipped

I ordered a Multi function Circular Saw from TofuGala.com On the product description it says
THE PACKAGE CONTAINS:

1 Multi-function Circular Saw.
1 High-Speed Steel Cutting Blade.
1 Tungsten Carbide Cutting Blade.
1 Diamond Cutting Blade.

However when I received the package it contained only 3 saw blades. There was NO saw or other items. I emailed the company and was told that my order was only for the blades not the saw and that I was not entitled to a full refund. They did offer me a $2 refund for my inconvenience. The product was $16.98 plus $4.99 shipping so I feel that I am entitled to at least the $16.98 refund upon my returning the unused product. I emailed them this and asked that they provide me with an address where I could send my return. But I have not heard back from them since 2/7.
