His employees have no reason to touch my vehicle. His employee did not secure the wire which ripped the harnessing system. His employee did not secure the wiring nor did he ask any questions regarding same. I complied with the owners request and spent hours off of work to assist him. I was not going to go thru tunnel if I had to remove hitch. It was not just the connector itself but the entire housing unit that is required to attach the connector. If his employees are not trained to remove something from a vehicle then they should not be allowed. Furthermore, if they did not know what to do with the wire then they should have at least asked the protocol they should use. There was no communication between me and employee except to proceed thru tunnel. The wire was ripped from the vehicle in the tunnel because after going thru same, the wire was not there as I would have seen it when vacuuming. I spent a lot of time removing articles from inside my vehicle to place in my rear compartment.

They did not tell me this was revolving account they should repay me the $20.00 dollars they charged without my knowledge.
My stance is still the same as before he signed the document clearly stating auto bill every 30 days. But he can come by the wash and I will give him a $20 dollar gift card for future use at my facility thanx [redacted] Sent from my iPhone
Good morning I have attached the paperwork that every member signs for our monthly membership program. Mr. [redacted] came into wash on 1-14 and bought the membership came 3 times and last visit was on 1-25 and his 30 day cycle would have hit his card auto-Bill 2-14.
