Todd Thomas Home Improvements installed a new bedroom for me and repaired the drywall inside (which was moldy due to water damage) and the stucco outside. Every one of the folks who came were great. Ron was the stucco guy and he is a true artist - matched the exterior design by hand! The two Gregs (father and son) were great. Another contractor had told me that most of my entire wall needed to be cut out. Didn't happen. Great new window with no muss or fuss. Frank was the drywall guy. Ended up having to replace much more drywall than anticipated due to the mold damage. You can't even tell where the two pieces of drywall come together. Last was Nick who primed the outside and inside. Great job super quick! John, the project manager, is great. Kept me up to date every step of the way. And Todd himself came to give me the estimate and showed up to check out the final window installation. I just can't say enough good things.

Todd Thomas Home Improvements just completed a gut job remodel of our entire beach condo and we couldn't be happier! Completely new kitchen, bathrooms, all flooring, baseboards, crown molding, doors, windows, paint, everything. I was out of state during the project; however John Deck, the Project Manager, keep me informed several times every week with phone calls and texting me pictures. From our initial meeting with Todd to go over the bid to the completion of the job, everything was extremely professional. We made several change orders during the project and it was never a problem. Todd's team made useful suggestions along the way and handled everything perfectly. Every aspect of the job shows incredible attention to detail. We previously did a complete remodel of another condo using a different local contractor and it was one of the worst and most frustrating experiences of my life. With contractors you get what you pay for and I would definitely, without hesitation hire Todd Thomas for any future work. Our thanks go out to Todd and his entire team! I would highly recommend Todd Thomas Home Improvements for any construction needs you may have!

I am so glad that we hired Todd Thomas Home Improvement to redo our kitchen, the result exceeded my expectations. They demo ed the kitchen, and laundry room, brought in gas, changed electric and plumbing, installed a new tile floor and backsplash, new cabinets, and countertops and appliances.

All the workers were pleasant and very competent. They arrived on time, did their job and cleaned up afterwards. John kept us in the loop., I always knew what was going to happen and when.

When I made changes they were very flexible. Lester was fantastic with the cabinet installation, he took his time and did the job correctly. I would highly recommend.

We enjoyed working Todd and his crew and contractors. We did our house renovations in 2 Phases and in total it took about 5 months. We did stay in the house while these renovations took place. Phase one was a full kitchen gut and remodel which included installation of 2 wine refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, Ice maker and converting electric stove to gas as well as new floor layout, new cabinets, counters, tile, lighting and all appliances. Phase one also included re-tiling family room, painting, adding shelves lighting and updating shower tile, tub and fixtures in one of the bathrooms. This was my first major home remodel. I thought I knew all the questions to ask and possible scenarios but once you start a remodel things always come up. I was able to work with Todd and my job manager throughout the project to get all issues resolved. Payment schedule was clear at the beginning of the project, but I learned that "change orders" are part of the project as well. Things just come up that are unexpected all change orders were approved by us before additional work was started. Phase one came out great and our kitchen and flooring is just wonderful. We get all kinds of complements and the layout of the kitchen is much more functional and will serve us for many more years to come.

Phase Two was gutting and renovation 3 of our 4 bathrooms. One of the bathroom showers had water damage from a previous remodel and Todd and his managers where able to give us a fair price to gut the shower, put up new tile, shower door and shelving. The master bathroom was a total remodel taking out garden tub and installing newly configured shelving it its place. Our shower was reconfigured and all sinks, plumbing, lighting, tile, cabinets and counter tops were replaced. We had some pretty challenging things with specialized tile on floor and shower ceiling and they were able to work out all details to our satisfaction. Our upstairs bathroom was gutted and all fixtures upgraded and replaced (tub, toilet, sink, cabinets, lighting, painting, tile etc). We also had a pocket door installed so there would be more room in this small bathroom. Again as unexpected things came up we were able to communicate them and get all situations resolved.

One thing I learned, as with any contractor, you must have open communication with your expectations and things that are not what you wanted or expected need to be communicated early on. Just don't wait! This company has seen it all and if there are any issues or question you have during the process, they are extremely easy to get in touch with. I asked a lot of questions and they were patient with me and explained why things needed to be done as they were.

Over the months working with them, we went away on vacation and felt very comfortable with them in our house while we were not there. I would surely recommend TTHI for any renovation jobs you are considering. These are professionals that are willing to work with your ideas and give you solid suggestions to help make your project ideas come to reality.

We hired his services from a referral of a friend. Also read the reviews which were implying towards more expensive results and I recall getting the quotes "you get what you pay for". Initially we asked for a quote for whole interior house renovation but then decided to try them by contracting them to do some of of the projects such as transforming an existing window to a sliding door, replacing the existing sliding door with an impact resistant door and also creating a new doorway to the garage with new door intallation. Our hopes were high due to friend recommendation but unfortunately they did not measure up to the quality of work we were expecting. The garage door installed was reversed swing which they did not informed us until we noticed it ( this was done while we were out of the country). They reversed the door but the door thereshold was hanging over he floor few inches beyond the cement foundation with the doorthreshold moving whenever we step on it. Then the hurricane sliding doors were installed but the frame was not finished because we could literally see light passing through the framing. With these quality of work, Todd came wanting to collect the full payment which we declined because the work were not finished. He then said he will let his mason guy do stucco on the door threshold and also around the 2 sliding doors but we have to pay for it. We contracted him to do a door installation and we felt that delivering a safe and funtional door is included in what the contract said and mean about "installation". With all the back and forth he wanted to collect money/ full payment for the job without finishing it and pressing us to pay to finish it. Very upsetting process considering we trusted them as dependable to do the job. The saving grace was when we found out the the job failed the initial city inspection because they did not pour cement as required to stabilize the cut out for the new sliding door. Todd said he has no knowledge of such. We were determined to check and be compliant to the city inspector/ permit office and so that's when he decided to finish the job which the finish product turned out just ok quality. For the headache and quality we git, we will not hire them again.
