was not talked about beforeIn fact, they had everything picked out and I simply ordered what they wantedWe had a meeting about the issue and resolved it productivelyWe completed the project by the dates that they wanted to move inWe had to come back for a couple of minor things and both gentlemen expressed how happy they were and that everything was wonderfulThen came time to collect the final payment, this is where the relationship went southAll of the sudden there were problems with the work we had done, and the cabinets they had requested were wrongI feel they simply didnt want to payI tried to communicate and they refused to meet . I understand that things can go wrong during a project of this sizeI feel that everything was handled profesionally and productively , on my end I strive to make every customer happy by going above and beyond the scope of the contractThis project was no different
