Hardly ever leave reviews, but Todd and his colleague were so quick and polite that I wanted to recognize their quality serviceWe woke up on the coldest day of the year to find our HVAC wasn't workingWe are new homeowners and were dreading having to call this in, but Todd and his associate showed up more quickly than even they predicted and fixed the issueDespite the cold and the need to run and grab additional parts, they were polite and efficientHopefully I won't need to call them again but Todd Forrest Mechanical will definitely be our source for heating/AC issues going forward

Todd Forest Mechanical of White Bluff, TNwas our contracted HVAC company to install our ducting, air returns, heat exchanger and a GeneralAir whole home dehumidifier system for our new 4,S.Fhome in Waverly, TN
*** also installed the LP gas line from our 1,gallon LP tank to our Generac KW Generator
We thought *** had tested all the systems so he was paid in full for all work in Jan
Later, we found the system was not installed properly and I have had to pay other companies to come back and correct the work because *** has NOT returned even phone call
I have tried to call Todd Forrest Mechanical at least times and left him detailed messages This can easily be verified by my cell phone records
As of July 18, 18, 2014, *** has not even tried to call back or provide any service assistance what so ever
He basically did a bad install in particular with the overall air handling design approach and the GeneralAire Dehumidifier and then left me hanging
I would not only NEVER recommend Todd Forrest Mechanical, but RATHER WARN people to never do business with that company
I have several other HVAC firms who have had to clean up his mess verify these claims too
Is there an HVAC licensing oversight board that I can call or write as well ?
