Review: False Advertisement of 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed and also false advertisement as Insured, License, Bonded and Certification.
I contacted Today's Carpet Care based on an advertisement in the Penney Saver dated 10/9/2013. The ad stated "deep cleaning" of 5 rooms for $59.95 including free spot & stain removal as well as free deodorizer & carpet color brighteners. They will not use carpet shampoo unless the "preconditioning" service per room is purchased even though the ad indicates "deep cleaning". If the "preconditioning" service is not used they will clean the carpets only with plain water.Desired Settlement: I contacted them and asked them to clean my carpets with shampoo, but the would not do it without charging me and they refused to refund my money even though I am not 100% satisfied. Therefore, I want my money back.
