Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 12, 2015/10/09) */ This complaint is falseThe issue with the fan was not due to our installation or service issuesWe were assured by this customer that a "Master" electrician wired the fan correctlyWe went to check out the fan and the "Master" electrician did not wire it in the breaker panelIt is true that at times we get two weeks behind on our service calls due to volumeOne thing is for sure, we do get to them before the weather gets coldToday is Oct9, and the air conditioning is running in our store at the momentWe do hope that this customer had the electrical issues taken care of, and will enjoy his fireplace when the weather calls for it Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (2000, 14, 2015/10/13) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) the fan issue has been resolved, but anything dealing with only two weeks behind, no way! It would not have been discovered by them had I not continued to call and complain The same when the fireplace was installed...months behind Glad they closed the Redwood Falls store Love the unit, but will never refer anyone to this company if that is what they call good business or customer service Totally unacceptable
