I called to make an appointment for a special they had on Groupon for teeth whitening, exray and exam for $76. When I got there they did the exray's they determined I needed my wisdom teeth out. I have de84ntal insurance and they took all of that info from me. On July 13 at 1:45 was my surgery. My husband came to pick me up and they charged him $1684.00 and called him on our way home and said they made a mistake and needed to charge him $660 more. They put that charge through on Monday July 16. I have copies of all the treatment plans, showing I would receive a 30% discount for the coupon. So they should have billed our insurance company for $1684. I have contacted them and they are saying that *** of Texas site has been down for 2 days and they are waiting to hear what they are suppose to credit us.
