Review: Today Appliance and Repair were hired to fix a wahsing machine. The first day of service, the charged me a $90 service fee. They stated the washer lock was broken (which they took with them) and they would order a new one. After one week with no update or phone calls, I reached out to them. When they decided to answer my call they stated the part had not yet arrived. A number of days passed by, I left multiple messages and I received no return call. I finally received a call back after leaving a message that I was going to call the police and report theft for not providing service and taking the lock from my washing machine. They show up to fix the machine and tell me an entirely different part needed replacing (not the lock). The new broken part shown to me (which Ive later come to find out was) for a refridgerator!!!!! They say they will show up the following day to fix the "new broken part" which never happened. I spoke to the [redacted] on multiple occasions requesting my service payment of $90 be refuned and we would walk away with our still broken washer.Desired Settlement: I would like the check my husband wrote to be refuned. His name is [redacted].
