me via this email, mail or [redacted]. Just a correction. The paperwork says the incident was filed on 4-18-2015 at 5:12 pm. I was at the property making the repairs on 4-19-2015 before I was notified by the Revdex.com.The paperwork also writes that there was an attempt to contact me previously by email/mail. I was never notified by anyone prior to the correspondence dated May 1, 2015. The repairs are completed.
