the consumer is affiliated with *** *** Group, LLCwhich is not *** ***, IncTherefore, based on the above explanation, the complaint has been misdirected and we request that it be removed entirely from our Business Profile Regards, *** ***

There are several indicators that this isn't our business.
1) We don't show any records of [redacted] staying with us at French Quarter.
2) We don't have any front desk clerks by the name of [redacted]
3) We haven't called the police...
on any of our guests.
4) Said they asked to speak to the manager who is the owner - our General Manager is not the owner.
Let us know what we need to do to bring conclusion to this matter.
