went to post the bond but another bonding company ([redacted])  posted the bond on July 27, 2017.  Our company policy is when a  customer pays with a credit card we have to wait until we get the money in our bank account before we can issue a refund (by check).  We can’t give money back that we have not received yet.  We did not receive payment from that batch of credit card transactions until July 31, 2017.  The check was issued to Ms. [redacted] on August 2, 2017.  Once the check is issued the cosigner was called to pick it up.  The check had been  in our office until on August 12, 2017 when the bookkeeper was working that Saturday when Ms. [redacted] called and said she had not gotten her check and wanted it mailed.  Ms. [redacted] would not give the agent the information to mail the check.  When we void out the bond we delete the information out of our software system to save our data storage space.  Our agent went and pulled the actual paperwork to get the address to mail Ms. [redacted] the check.  Ms. [redacted] cashed the check on August 14, 2017.  If you need copies of the deposit into our account or a copy of the check please let me know.
