Just as you prefer certain nail technicians to do your nails, My daughter and I prefer certain eyebrow technicians. We have been.coming to Nail Palace for over a year and our experiences with the eyebrow technicians [redacted] and [redacted] have been awesome. However, other technicians dont have the same skill set. Therefore I instructed my thirteen year old to ask for one of these ladies to do her eyebrows. The end result was she was told [redacted] would do them and to go to the backroom. However another technician came in and did her eyebrows and they were not to my sastification at all. When I approached the owner, he just shrugged it off and stated that they were fine. Thus is not good customer service at all and I will not be returning to this establishment.
