purchased when there weren't any problems for the rest of the order. We also checked into our ingredients right after the customer complained and found no issues & that was the only complaint we received among all the egg drop soup we sold for that day.We are willing to give a one time credit of $10 for future order because we always like to keep our customers happy.Thanks again and have a great day.Joyce
